Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's 2025

On September 21, 2025, the Heritage NW Group team proudly participated in the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's at Esther Short Park in Downtown Vancouver, WA. This marked our very first walk as a team - and a powerful moment for us to step forward in support of the individuals and families we serve every day.

Promise Garden Sponsors

We were also honored to be a proud sponsor of the Promise Garden, one of the most meaningful parts of the event. The garden features color-coded flowers, each representing a personal connection to Alzheimer's disease:

Promise Garden Flowers

Our team had the privilege of greeting participants, handing out flowers, and showing our support during the Opening Ceremony, where each flower recipient was recognized and embraced by the community. It was a day filled with love, laughter, reflection, and a shared commitment to hope and healing.

As a company dedicated to serving aging and disabled adults across Southwest Washington, this cause is incredibly close to our hearts—both professionally and personally. Many of our clients are directly impacted by Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia, and for some of us, the walk was deeply personal. We walked for our loved ones, for our clients, and for every caregiver walking this journey.

How can you help?

We were the Presenting Sponsor at this event, donating $15,000 to support research. We're thrilled to share that, thanks to the incredible support of our team employees, we've raised $8,820 toward our $10,000 goal - and we're still going strong!! Overall, the Alzheimer's Association of SW Washington has raised over $243,000 toward their $285,000 goal.

If you'd like to join us in supporting this cause and help us reach our goal, donations can still be made through our team's page:
