What is the GVC Open Golf Tournament?

Greater Vancouver Chamber is a thriving community that connects businesses in the Vancouver area to resources and programming. Each June, GVC hosts an 18-hole golf tournament designed to bring professionals from many industries together. Heritage NW Group was proud to sponsor the tournament at Camas Meadows Golf Club — and what a day it was! This annual event brought together chamber members, local businesses, and golf enthusiasts for a full day of networking, fun, and community spirit.

Team Heritage in Action

We showed up in style! Four golfers hit the course for Team Heritage — our owner's two brothers, son, and a family friend — while seven more teammates rotated between running our on-course station and driving the beverage carts. Everyone was decked out in Heritage-branded golf shirts, making our presence known across the green.

Our Sponsorship Highlights

Beverage Cart Fun: We got to follow the two official beverage carts in our own decorated carts, complete with Heritage colors, tree décor, blues and greens, and bubble machines sending streams of bubbles floating across the course. At the carts, golfers enjoyed our refreshing signature cocktail — The Heritage Swing (Vodka Mint Limeade)

On-Course Station: Between tees 5 and 9, we set up a fully branded Heritage station with banners, brochures, and custom-logo water bottles. Our bartender served up Heritage-themed jello shots (“The Heritage Hit”), making our stop one of the liveliest and most memorable on the course.

After Tournament Social

The day wrapped up with a festive after-tournament social from 2:30-4:30 PM, where golfers and sponsors gathered to enjoy food, drinks, prize announcements, and plenty of laughs. It was the perfect way to celebrate the day and connect with everyone one more time before heading home.

The Heritage Experience

From bubbles floating through the fairways to our signature cocktails and jello shots, Heritage NW Group brought energy, creativity, and plenty of fun to the tournament. Beyond the drinks and décor, it was an incredible opportunity to meet new people, strengthen community ties, and showcase the spirit of Heritage in a way that was both professional and unforgettable.

This was our first time ever sponsoring the tournament, and we look forward to making it a Heritage tradition for many years to come!

We had a blast connecting with our community, sharing more about the services we offer, and soaking up some sunshine with fellow local businesses. Thank you to the Greater Vancouver Chamber for hosting such a fun and well-organized event — we're already looking forward to next year!
